Refund Policy

Leafbooks are digital goods. We still want you to feel safe buying one. This policy explains when we issue refunds.

1. 14-day refund window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your Leafbook, for any reasonable reason. Just email us — no interrogation.

2. How to request

Send an email to support@myleafbook.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days back to the original payment method.

3. What we can't refund

We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, repeated full-read-then-refund patterns, or requests made well after the 14-day window. We'll always explain our reasoning.

4. Chargebacks

If something went wrong with your purchase, please contact us first. We can almost always solve it faster than a chargeback, and it costs you nothing to ask.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
